Boating in November!

Posted on November 15, 2008 by Stephen

For Saturday the weather was predicted to be unseasonable warm. This gave us a reason to pull the boat out one more time. The weather was great, with a slight wind and glassy water on the delta. If we would have had one more person, we could have been wakeboarding on the most pristine conditions we have seen. At least that is what we thought. Eventually, everyone needs to jump ship for a "break" after drinking too many fluids. What seemed like a great day to wakeboard, it would have become a bitch fest. The water was very cold. I nearly jumped out of my skin when I hit the water. It still could have been fun wakeboarding if I was wearing a shorty wetsuit. Well, this may be it for the season. See you in spring.
